And the band
Ha! Him and the rest of the band..to clarify! ; )
Just Him
We need a new personal article for David like the one years ago in Playboy. That's the type of interview I enjoy..Just my opinion though.
It was really cool to see
It was really cool to see that there are other people out there that can stand up to the oppresors that try to shove the beleifs into our faces. Great article keep rockin'.
"I am a little more provocative than you might need.
Its your shock and then your horror on which I feed.
So can you tell me what exactly does freedom mean?
If I'm not free to be as twisted as I want to be."
"Divide"
The Brave One
Interesting to see how David and his upbringing continues to influence the younger generation to stand up and be an individual. Although I am not Jewish, the Catholic School forced only one sided beliefs down our throats and it took a long time for some of us to "stand up" and "Shout". Keep Rockin David and the rest of you boys...there are a lot of us of all ages who dig your music!!!
Wait... what?
It was a pretty cool article... but I noticed they mentioned Disturbed being Nu-Metal. Disturbed isn't Nu-Metal anymore! Only "The Sickness" was Nu-Metal. Nothing against the band because I love them (and really, if I didn't like them, would I be here?) and I don't like journalists or reporters or whatever it is who don't do basic research and misplace bands within genres.
Agreed
It annoys me too when Disturbed is referred to as just a nu metal band. But then again, what are they really? I'd say alternative metal...?
Well...
I'd say Hard Rock or Alternative Metal, but they're definitely not nu-metal anymore.
Hmm sounds interesting.
