You may understand why Fuzz phrased it that way if you walked a mile in his shoes. Had someone thrown my life's work down the drain after so many years of struggling to get to the top, simply because we didn't always see eye to eye, I'd have harsher words. If you think it's as simple as joining another band, you probably didn't read the update on his page. He is an excellent father, and the last time I checked - his kids can't read yet. Not that I'd fault his parenting on that ONE phrase.

Such utter blind respect for David over Fuzz is discriminatory, especially since David has had harsher words toward the fans from what I've been told by fans and copies of messages on the DMB. And his quote about the band "not clicking" with Fuzz goes right up my ass. He said that way before Fuzz had a myspace. They were "clicking" just fine, waaay before David joined them - and the first 2 albums prove it.

David is an excellent lyricist. Fuzz is an awesome musician. Ask any musician who knows the songs - he's better than John. At least better than what we've heard of his work on Disturbed material. My husband (guitar & bass player) grimaces when he hears the old songs played live now. What does he have to compare to David? If you're asking why he doesn't have a music career going on right now, look to Disturbed for that answer (it's not easy to start over at age 38 with a family - btw, that family was on the way when he was fired from his only source of income - nice). While you're at it, ask them why he's not credited on this album for the songs he helped write (they were not written piece by piece - it was together.) If that's not what you're asking - I'll tell you what he has: talent, empathy, & a conscience.

I didn't come here to bash David. You started this comparison & I'm simply answering it. I've seen Fuzz's acts of kindness toward people first hand. I've heard stories about David's shows of contempt toward fans - a lot (never heard that kind of stuff about Fuzz). You didn't have to bash Fuzz in order to defend John.

i think john has only made the band better, ya fuzz was good but its not like john's up there just standing like an idoit not knowing what to do

And that said Jewish man, David Draiman, and his band hired an object that plays bass, which is who we now know as John Moyer..
