Ok. No one can put the blame on the band themselves I'm sure they only agreed to do it because it must've sounded like a good idea. I know I went for it now I just received an e-mail from Best Buy saying to come here for information on how to get the codes since I called 8 damn times asking where the hell the codes were. I guess I just gotta be patient now that no one knows what's goin on.

Good job guys. I preordered this CD because I kinda sorta like the music and I freaking love Rock Band. I figure even if it isn't the best music Disturbed could still lay out a fun drum track. But of course this got all fucked up. Blame Best Buy, maybe, but it's your own fault for partnering with BB in the first place. This CD is getting returned. You fail.

wtf is going on i havent gotten any code or the cd and i just got an email after 3 days to come here to get my code wtf who the hell do i talk to

I also fell for the pre-order of the CD. BestBuy.com sent the CD 4 days late and now the code for the RockBand downloads does not work. I guess I learned my lesson to not trust BestBuy.com or to do any pre-orders in the future. It would be nice to have the band or BestBuy.com or someone to fess up to this mess.

I got the code from Best Buy and it didn't work on the site, after three phone calls all I keep hearing is that I need to contact Disturbed. As you all know Disturbed doesn't have contact information on the site so that's a dead end. I got the $5 digital coupon from Best Buy and used it for some Xbox Live points that I'll pick up in the morning. Works for me as an appology, but doesn't take care of the songs or the other bullshit.
Best Buys sucks ass and I'm starting to think that the members of Disturbed are just fucking tools.

I got an email from best buy asking me to take a survey. I took it and just raised hell on it. even though i know no one will read it i filled it out and put alot of detail in my reasons when it asked. i think if enough people did that maybe it might get through to them that this is a real issue to their online customers.

so if you get this email please take a few minutes and fill it out please. Dont just put a 0 for everything, be honest.

I can't believe all the run around. I just want my code. That was the only reason I bought the damn CD anyway. Now no one is responsible. No one knows anything. THis is bull shit. Ok so ya, where the hell do I get the sodding codes for rockband since best buy has decided to be a total slag?

I took my CD back to best buy and got my money back too. The only reason I bought it from there was for the preorder promo. Their customer service sucks. I downloaded it off itunes and the 3 songs on xbox live are only 80 msp each (as opposed to 160 each)so i downloaded the disturbed pack. ^$&*# Best Buy

I ordered the CD from the Disturbed website- so I guess it came from Warner Brothers or something if I remember right.. My question is-- I got a special code that I thought was for special areas at this website-- when I try to enter it - I get a message that it is not a correct code. Is anyone else having that trouble-- and If anyone happens to have the code/s for the Guitar Hero songs and are not needing them because they dont play Guitar Hero-- My son is dying for it- and I would love to be able to let him get them -- so if there is anyone out there with codes that they dont need- please let me know- I will even pay you if you have a pay pal account. -- just let me know- Thanks

I called best buy customer service this morning and she said the only thing she could do is pass my information along to the promotional dept. and that I should hear from them in 48-72 hrs. They probably have a script that they are reading to all of us...ha ha

I just spoke with the Best Buy Promotions Department (which I was told before doesn't exist - Surprise, Surprise). They told me they are having difficulties with sending the codes to those who pre-ordered. I have called Best Buy 3 times and e-mailed them 3 times. They could not provide me with a code, but gave me a Case # and said I would receive an e-mail regarding the promotional code within 2-3 business days.

Best Buy is not e-mailing the codes. The third party distributor of the album is sending the e-mail. I've done the e-mailing and telephone calls. I understand the customer service business very well. People in this business only care about going through the motions (i.e getting a paycheck)not about the customer. It was just a vie to get your money. Anyway... I don't know how you could get a hold of the promotional team since Best Buy denies their existence. It would probably be best to speak to the marketing/advertising or public relations department about what a poor job they did in promoting Disturbed's AWESOME album.

I will make yet another attempt to get these people in line. Someone should light a fire under them.

Personally, when I placed my pre-order I did so thinking I would have access to the songs before the general public would. I have to admit I'm very disappointed by the way that this is being handled.

I just got off the phone with BestBuy customer service. The woman said pretty much what others have posted. The codes are being emailed today. What I also found out is that the actual CD/DVD won't ship until TOMORROW!!! She said they're on back order and that customers who pre-ordered them will recieve them in 5-8 days!! WTF??!! I guess I should have waited and just bought it in person. What a joke!!! So, now I either wait another week to get the new CD or go buy it and have an extra copy. I don't like either one of those options, but that's the way it goes, I guess. I'll NEVER pre-order anything from BestBuy again.

When I preordered, I recieved a 6 letter/digit code. Where do I go to to enter that to recieve the 26 digit code I need to enter at the marketplace on 360?? Thanks.

I've had Indestructible for about a week and a half now and I will say that it is by far the best. I got it through bittorrent but I also pre-ordered it on May 7th through Best Buy so I can get the 2 free Rock Band songs...which I've yet to recieve an email for. Has anyone gotten theirs yet? It says I'll get the code on June 3rd. Well, it's June 3rd and still no code. Any help is appreciated.

Has anybody tried the code from Best Buy early? If so what did it say? I thought it would say something like "Code not valid yet" or "try again on june 3" but when I did it, it said my code was already used. I'll try it tomorrow when they are suppose to be out.

I emailed best buy awhile ago after not getting my code after I preordered the album on 5/4 and they told me that they wouldnt send out codes until tomorrow (6/3)....just what they said...as on today, I still haven't received a code either.

I got my code and I feel that everyone does want to get the tracks. Rock Band puts new Track every Tuesday. The cd comes out on Tuesday and that the day You must in put the code here in the site to get maybe another code for the marketplace? Plus, a Disturbed pack will be able. Now I dont know if the pack will be the same as the free code pack? And the pack will be at half the price for a short time. Can't wait to get the tracks. I tried of Rock band not putting out Heavy tracks!!! Finally thanxxx Disturbed!!!!!

Did anyone else preorder the new album from best buy early on and never received the codes for the rock band songs? It's not that I'm angry or anything. I mean buying them won't be a huge problem, but WTF?, you know? The only possible explanation I can think of is the page told me if I "opted out" of something, I wouldn't get the codes, but I don't really remember doing that. Can anyone else think of a reason why?

all i can assume is that on xbox360 you go to the market place and go to the redeem code section and enter it there I had to do that with the cod4 beta I hope that this info is helpful.
