but it looks like even orders you correct aren't safe from getting mucked up down the line :( you put in an order for my two LE discs (ordered 4/10) to get reshipped and guess how many actually showed up today? ONE - but with an invoice that says the box contains two copies... strange considering the album had to be shoved in diagonally to even fix in.

kudoz on being able to deal with this stuff on a daily basis - you rock!
