The Dark Java is coffee from the island of Java which is an island in Indonesia, located between Sumatra and Bali. It is roasted to a full Italian (dark) roast. Java coffee has a heavy body, nutty aroma, bright acidity, and lasting finish. It has hints of nutty, malty, chocolate, bright and sweet flavors.
